Experience the golden September of Bratislava, the delicious local cuisine and the walks through the historic scenery with the assistance of your private tour guide. The festival features renowned maestros and the stage for 4 grand and 3 daily milongas is a stunning Art Nouveau venue set. The special location for the after-party is a Gothic church. For the evenings we offer to organise extra programs for those who don’t want to dance.

BRATISLAVA

  • GRAND and DAILY MILONGAS

Venue – The hall with elements of the Viennese Art Nouveau, with its decoration, represents one of the most typical interiors of this style. Due to its excellent acoustics, it is often used as a concert hall.

  • AFTER PARTY

The milonga will take place in the former Church of the Elevation of the Holy Cross in a special and monumental venue. The floor where we will dance here is marble.

PRE-PARTY GRAND MILONGA

OKTÓBERPEST TANGOFEST again in October in Budapest with wonderful, super kind friends and amazing tango maestros &maestras: Sercan & Zeynep, Max & Raluca, and Yailet Suarez. On the GRAND MILONGA, we will have the chance to see them performing as well as to dance with local and international dancers.

Day 3. 

A Coffee and Cake – in a historic museum and patisserie in one that is more like a cabinet of curiosities. The entire place is decorated in colourful Renaissance frescoes and filled with a plethora of ancient antiques. Amazing menu of Italian coffees and freshly baked treats that are all served on fine porcelain. It’s truly a unique gastronomic experience.

Sightseeing Cruises on the Danube River – Admire the sights of Bratislava from the Danube River on a sightseeing cruise. See the city’s stunning bridges and historical architecture from a different perspective.

Farewell Dinner – The restaurant is one of the largest in Europe and offers local Bratislava cuisine and various Slovak dishes with its brewery. It also houses the so-called Bratislava Golden Lane, where you can sample local specialities and see what Bratislava looked like around 100 years ago. The restaurant is located directly in the original Monastery of the Brothers of Mercy where the Gentle Revolution took place in 1989.

After – Party – in the former Church of the Elevation of the Holy Cross.

Checkout and leave Bratislava to Budapest by a private minibus.

Welcome dinner at a Parisian-style cafe and restaurant that dates back to the days of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy.  Their menu offers both Hungarian and international dishes.  The ambience is enhanced by live mood music.

Grand Budapest Tour by private bus and tour guide – to the peak points of the city.

Romantic dinner cruise on the Danube River. In addition to our enthusiastic band of musicians, folklore dancers dressed in traditional Hungarian costumes guarantee your absolute comfort and diversion.  This 80-mts sightseeing night cruise is an unforgettable way to explore the city’s most iconic landmarks, all while you are indulging in some of Hungary’s finest wine and cuisine — a four-course meal.

Day 4.

Visit a thermal bath that was built in 1918 in Art Nouveau style. Recharge in the therapeutic thermal waters and enjoy a stylish space. It is not just a spa day; it’s a cultural and aesthetic experience. There are 10 pools of various sizes and temperatures, saunas, hot rooms and massage.

A farewell drink is at a chic rooftop bar that has city views & a piano lounge in Budapest’s historic city centre. It is all about fine wines, fascinating cocktails, light bar food, and glowing evenings above the city.

Cancellation

Cancellation fees:

In case of forced cancellation of the holiday by the organisation or by the hotel:

– refund of the total amount minus 25€ pp for administrative and insurance costs.

Cancellation by participants:

– Until 1 Month before arrival 100% percentage of total revenue from the ordered services we agree to cancel without penalty. A bank transfer fee and 25 EURO administration fee are charged to the guest. 

– From 7 days before arrival 0% of the total revenue from the ordered services we agree to cancel without penalty.

No-show: In case of a no-show, 100% of the whole period will be charged.

Guest liabilities: In case of damage or loss in the Tango2Vacation’s partner’s property (hotel, restaurants, taxi service etc), the guest shall be held liable for the damage, if the damage has been incurred due to the conduct of the guest.

– after the start of the vacation: the full amount is due unless a last-minute replacement is found.
