TANGO2VACATION ACCOUNT
1.1 You may use Tango2Vacation if you can legally form a contract with us in compliance with our Terms. When you create your Tango2Vacation account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. Any use or access by anyone under the age of 14 is prohibited.
1.2 If you are over the age at which you can provide consent to data processing under the laws of your country or if verifiable parental consent for your use of Tango2Vacation has been provided to us.

1.4. These Terms are a contract between you and Tango2Vacation These Terms are effective 6th of November, 2020.
- USERNAME AND PASSWORD
We require each user (Visitor and Verified Members) to have a unique username and password combination in order to access and use certain features or functions of Tango2Vacation. Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions of use where we describe the personally identifiable information („Personal Information”) we collect, use, disclose, manage and store. We collect also your email account and we would like to provide you newsletters and actual infos about Tango2Vacation - MEMBERSHIP – FEES – PAYMENT
Fees paid by you for our Services are refundable if our partner refunds us the fee and non-refundable if our partner exclude the payment payback. If you cancel your trip because of the COVID situation we do everything to get a full payment payback. Regarding to the refundable fees, we keep the right to withdraw the transfer’s bank costs. - CONTENT
Tango2Vacation helps you to become a better tango danser with cultural-, gastro- and other programs in beautiful Budapest. The precise content is always regulated in our uniqe contract. We retain all rights to modify the content but with modifications we offer equal quality program for our guests.
We value hearing from our Guests, and are always interested in developing Tango2Vacation. If you choose to submit comments, ideas or feedback, you agree that we are free to use them without any restriction, payment or compensation to you.
You are free to upload to Tango2Vacation your suggestions, reports and comments about us.
If you terminate your account, we remove all of your informations from our database without copies.
Tango2Vacation may contain links to third party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not controlled by Tango2Vacation. If you access any third party website, service, or content from Tango2Vacation, you do so at your own risk and you agree that Tango2Vacation has no liability arising from your use of or access to any third party website, service, or content.

Participating of Tango2Vacation is subject to all applicable local, state, national laws and regulations and, in some cases, international treaties. You are solely responsible for all activities, acts and omissions that occur in, from, through or under your user name or password. You shall not use, allow, or enable others to use our programs likely to:- be libelous, slanderous, defamatory, indecent, vulgar or obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive, racially, culturally, or ethnically offensive, harmful, harassing, intimidating, threatening, hateful, objectionable, discriminatory, or abusive, or which may or may not appear to impersonate anyone else;
- affect us adversely or reflect negatively on us our goodwill, our employees or moderators, our name or reputation, or cause duress, distress or discomfort to us or anyone else, or discourage any person, firm or enterprise from using all or any portion, features or functions of the Site, or from advertising, linking or becoming a supplier to us in connection with the Site;
- send or result in the transmission of junk e-mail, chain letters, duplicative or unsolicited messages, surveys, contests, pyramid scheme, or so-called “spamming” and “phishing”, or encourage other users to copy a message;
- ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I hereby assume all of the risks of participating or attending every activity, namely the Tango2Vacation dance and program events, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by the event, or because of their possible liability without fault. I certify that I am physically fit for tango. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity or event. I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of Tango2Vacation, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity or event. In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this event, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: (A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this event, (B) I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND WILL NOT TO SUE the entity and/or persons organizing this event and waive them from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity or event, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. I acknowledge that this activity or event may test a person’s physical and mental limits and may carry with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks may include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials, and event monitors, and/or producers of the event, and lack of hydration. These risks are not only inherent to participants, but are also present for volunteers.
I understand that at this event or related activities, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns. The accident waiver and release of liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL. - ARBITRATION, GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
For any dispute you have with Tango2Vacation, you agree to first contact us and try to resolve the dispute with us informally. If we need to contact you, we will do so at the email address on your Tango2Vacation account. If Tango2Vacation hasn’t been able to resolve the dispute with you informally, we each agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy (excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) arising out of or in connection with or relating to these Terms through binding arbitration or (for qualifying claims) in small claims court.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hungary, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Te exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement is Budapest, PKKB. - CHANGES TO OUR TERMS
We reserve the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to you, and you hereby agree to receive legal notices electronically. We may revise these Terms from time to time and the most current version will always be posted on our website. If a revision, in our discretion, is material, we’ll notify you via email. By continuing to access or use Tango2Vacation after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the new Terms. If you don’t agree to the new terms, please stop using Tango2Vacation. - SOCIAL MEDIA
When you connect your social media accounts with Tango2Vacation, you give permission for Tango2Vacation to use certain information as disclosed to you at the time you consent to the connection and at the time of registering with that social media site and its policies and conditions of use. - FORUM
We make forums and may do blogs, message boards and other community features and activities available to you and other users. If you post personal information online, it will be publicly available and you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties. We cannot ensure the security of any information you choose to make public in a forum or message board. Also, we cannot ensure that parties who have access to such publicly available information will respect your privacy. Please exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal information in these areas.
