We begin our Belgrade stay with a warm and atmospheric welcome dinner in a 150 years old restaurant known for its service and quality even beyond the borders of the country. He had the honor of hosting the most eminent domestic and international personalities: King Juan Carlos, George Bush, Pertini, Willy Brandt and others.

Passing the Belgrade Fortress, Great War Island, and the city’s iconic bridges, the cruise offers a relaxed panoramic view of where old Belgrade meets its modern skyline.

Stroll through the elegant baroque town of Sremski Karlovci, once the spiritual and cultural center of the Serbs in the Habsburg Empire. Its peaceful squares, historic churches, and famous bermet wine create an atmosphere that feels untouched by time.
Travel through the rolling hills of Fruška Gora National Park, often called the “Serbian Holy Mountain,” home to 16 historic Orthodox monasteries. With scenic Danube viewpoints, vineyards, and quiet forest roads, the region offers some of the most beautiful landscapes in northern Serbia.

Serbian Folk – Dance Workshop – NICE TO HAVE experience
Experience the joyful spirit of Serbian culture through a lively folk dance workshop introducing traditional kolo dances that have brought communities together for generations. You will learn the basic steps of popular dances such as Užičko Kolo, known for its lively rhythm, and Moravac, a graceful circle dance from central Serbia that is often performed at celebrations and festivals. Please transfer the 50% advance payment within one week after booking or latest by the end of the registration. The rest of the amount is to be paid upon arrival. The price of the program is indicated on the website in Euro currency and the NET rate.

Cancellation Policy & Terms
Please read the following terms carefully before registering for a Tango2Vacation program.
Cancellation by Participants
– More than 30 days before arrival
100% of the pre-payment will be refunded. A €25 administration fee and any bank transfer charges will be deducted.
– 14–30 days before arrival
100% of the pre-payment will be refunded minus the organizer’s commission and any non-recoverable costs already committed to third-party suppliers (including but not limited to hotels, transportation providers, guides, festival organizers, restaurants, or other booked services). A €25 administration fee and bank transfer charges will be deducted.
– 7–14 days before arrival
50% of the pre-payment will be refunded minus the organizer’s commission and any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred. A €25 administration fee and bank transfer charges will be deducted.
– Less than 7 days before arrival
The pre-payment is non-refundable. After the start of the program, the full program price remains payable, unless a suitable last-minute replacement participant is found and accepted by the organizer.
No-Show
In case of a no-show, the full program price (100% of the package cost) will be charged.
Role of the Organizer
Tango2Vacation acts as an intermediary between participants and third-party service providers, including but not limited to hotels, transportation companies, restaurants, guides, event organizers, and activity providers.
While Tango2Vacation carefully selects its partners, the organizer cannot be held responsible for the acts, omissions, service quality, operational changes, delays, or financial insolvency of such third-party suppliers.
Program Changes
Tango2Vacation reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the itinerary, schedule, accommodations, venues, or activities if necessary due to operational needs, availability of suppliers, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
Such changes may include, but are not limited to:

changes of hotels or restaurants of comparable standard

adjustments to schedules or program order
-
replacement of instructors, guides, musicians, DJs, or venues
-
modification of planned activities.
These changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Nature of the Experience
Tango2Vacation programs are curated cultural and social travel experiences. Elements such as tango events, festivals, social dancing environments, music selection, teaching styles, or the overall social atmosphere may vary.
The organizer cannot guarantee specific dancing conditions, partner availability, musical preferences, or personal satisfaction with the social environment, as these aspects depend on many external and subjective factors.
Guest Responsibility and Conduct
Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner toward other guests, local partners, venues, and service providers.
Participants are responsible for any damage or loss caused to property belonging to Tango2Vacation’s partners (including hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, venues, or other suppliers) if such damage results from the participant’s conduct. Any costs resulting from such damage shall be borne directly by the participant.
The organizer reserves the right to remove a participant from the program without refund if their behavior endangers others, disrupts the group experience, or violates local regulations.
Travel Insurance
Participants are strongly required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, travel interruption, medical expenses, accidents, personal liability, and repatriation.
Expenses resulting from personal circumstances, including illness, injury, cancelled flights, missed connections, personal emergencies, or inability to travel, are the responsibility of the participant and their insurance provider, not Tango2Vacation.
Force Majeure
Tango2Vacation shall not be liable for any failure to perform, delay, modification, or cancellation of the program resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

war or armed conflict

terrorism or political unrest
-
natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires, etc.)
-
epidemics or pandemics
-
government travel restrictions or border closures
-
strikes or transportation disruptions
-
extreme weather conditions
-
other extraordinary events considered force majeure.
In such situations, Tango2Vacation reserves the right to modify the itinerary, postpone the program, or cancel the program if necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
If cancellation becomes unavoidable due to force majeure, payments already made will be refunded after deduction of any non-recoverable expenses already committed to third-party suppliers, unless the participant accepts a rescheduled program or alternative arrangements.
Injury, Travel Disruption, or Inability to Leave the Destination
If a participant becomes injured, ill, or unable to travel or leave the destination due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, including force majeure events, the following conditions apply:

Tango2Vacation will make reasonable efforts to assist participants in contacting local services or arranging practical solutions where possible.

All additional expenses, including but not limited to extended hotel stays, meals, medical care, transportation changes, or modified flights, are the sole responsibility of the participant.

These costs should be covered by the participant’s travel insurance.
Tango2Vacation cannot be held responsible for additional accommodation costs, living expenses, transportation changes, or financial losses caused by travel disruptions outside its control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tango2Vacation’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the participant for the program, excluding circumstances involving gross negligence or willful misconduct as defined by applicable law.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the program, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted the payment terms, cancellation policy, and Terms & Conditions of Tango2Vacation.
