You can always choose a new, more exciting holiday package – a balanced combination of learning, dancing, visiting the area, relaxing with tango friends, enjoying Turkish baths or the local cuisine and wine, – focusing on a different theme.
Refund – carefree registration
If the vacation cannot take place due to “force majeure” (e.g. pandemic, political situation) or if the participants cannot travel due to travel restrictions/travel warnings, we grant free cancellation up to one month before the start of the course. We will refund your full payment minus 25€ per person for administrative and money transfer costs.
If we have to cancel the course due to all the above-mentioned reasons you will, of course, receive your full payment back that was done via us. However, we cannot assume any costs for travel booking.

Milongas with live Djs
Festival milongas or local milongas on different venues every night! During summertime, you can also dance outdoor, in the Royal Castle or along the Danube River in the most magical scenery!
Private city- tour on bus, city walk, dinner cruise
Budapest has something for everyone – from dramatic history and majestic architecture to healing thermal waters and a nightlife that is unrivalled in Eastern and Central Europe. We will show you the most known beauties and give you a peek at the hidden secrets of Budapest. Your experienced private guide with languages of English and Italian will guide the tour. Upon request, we can arrange extra languages. The Grand Tours will be by a private minibus to best fit your comfort.
Romantic dinner cruise on the Danube River. In addition to our enthusiastic band of musicians, folklore dancers dressed in traditional Hungarian costumes guarantee your absolute comfort and diversion. This 80-mts sightseeing night cruise is an unforgettable way to explore the city’s most iconic landmarks, all while you are indulging in some of Hungary’s finest wine and cuisine — a four-course meal.
Accommodation in a 4* star city hotel
You will be staying in a four-star hotel in the city centre close to all the best attractions that this city has to offer are within walking distance. Easy access to all the milongas in town with two metro lines and other public transport nearby. The hotel offers a generous buffet breakfast every morning is included in our package.
The hotel most of the rooms overlook a large inner courtyard, creating a relaxing space so you can unwind after a long day of sightseeing and dancing. It also boasts a relaxing sauna and a small but well-equipped gymnasium.
STANDARD ROOM (the selected room type in our package) Standard Double /Twin room (20 m²) for single use, or a Standard Double /Twin room (20 m²) for shared use. The rooms feature a double bed measuring 1.8 by 2 meters or two twin beds measuring 1 by 2 meters.

Practical information
Check-in into your room will be possible after 3 pm, check out until 10 am.
For tango guests who want to arrive earlier or stay longer and for people who accompany dancers (spouses, children, babysitters …) we have negotiated a more favourable group price. To benefit from the discount price, all reservations must be made via Tango2Vacation only. This includes non-dancers and the extra days too. In exchange for the favourable group price, a small commission will be charged.
Bookings
All hotel reservations have to be made only via Tango2vacation. Do not contact the hotel directly if you wish to benefit from the group prices or participate in the tango activities.
The first day of registration is indicated in the actual program. Transportation
All transportation price related to our programs is included in the package price.
In case you need an airport transfer upon arrival or departure, please let us know in advance when you are booking your package so we can arrange it for you.

You will dine with us in fine 5* restaurants, chick rooftops, and stylish cafes in the heart of Budapest.
You will have coffee and traditional Hungarian cake in the luxurious decor of the New York Café or Coffee Gerbeaud.
Guaranteed Dance Partner
You can come to Budapest on your own, yet you will never be alone with us! We guarantee you an experienced, suitable dance partner** for the first hour to enter the evening milongas to show your shine on the dancefloor!
Based on the profile you give us in the pre-registration form we match you with an experienced, suitable tango dancer. On our first milonga, we double-check the compatibility to make sure you will have the perfect dance experience.
We prefer not to do partner matching within the group, as we cannot guarantee – without knowing the dancing skills of the participants extensively – 100% compatibility amongst the matched couple.
If you come as a couple to the program, the fee for the taxi dancer is deducted from your package price and we will send you a new price offer.
