You can always choose a new, more exciting holiday package, always in different exciting locations – a balanced combination of learning, dancing, visiting the area, relaxing with tango friends, enjoying the local cuisine and wine, and focusing on a different theme.

If the vacation cannot take place due to “force majeure” (e.g. pandemic, political situation) or if the participants cannot travel due to travel restrictions/travel warnings, we grant free cancellation up to one month before the start of the course. We will refund your full payment paid to Tango2Vacation minus actual expenses and 25€ per person for administrative and money transfer costs.

If we have to cancel the course due to all the above-mentioned reasons you will, of course, receive your full payment back that was done via us. However, we cannot assume any costs for travel booking.

Each city has something for everyone – from dramatic history and majestic architecture to healing thermal waters and a nightlife that is unrivaled in Europe. We will show you the most well-known beauties and give you a peek at the hidden secrets. Your experienced private guide with English will guide the tour. Upon request, we can arrange extra languages. The Grand Tours will be by a private minibus to best fit your comfort.

For each destination, we carefully research and select hotels that combine excellent quality, comfort, and a prime location, ensuring our guests enjoy the best possible stay. We work closely with these hotels to secure special discounted rates on any room category our guests choose during the vacation. If needed, we are also happy to assist with the booking process to make the experience smooth and effortless.

All transportation price related to our programs is included in the package price.

In case you need an airport transfer upon arrival or departure, please let us know in advance when you are booking your package so we can arrange it for you. 

You will dine with us in elegant five-star restaurants, authentic local gems, chic rooftop venues, and stylish cafés wherever we travel. When selecting each restaurant, we carefully consider all dietary requirements, and menus are shared with you in advance so you can approve the options—ensuring a dining experience that is both comfortable and satisfying. 🍽️✨

You can come to Budapest on your own, yet you will never be alone with us! We guarantee you an experienced, suitable dance partner** for the first hour to enter the evening milongas to show your shine on the dancefloor!

Based on the profile you give us in the pre-registration form we match you with an experienced, suitable tango dancer. On our first milonga, we double-check the compatibility to make sure you will have the perfect dance experience.

We prefer not to do partner matching within the group, as we cannot guarantee – without knowing the dancing skills of the participants extensively – 100% compatibility amongst the matched couple.

If you come as a couple to the program, the fee for the taxi dancer is deducted from your package price and we will send you a new price offer.
