Arrival is foreseen on Wednesdays of each trip ( if there is an exception it is indicated in the program details) and check-in into your room will be possible after 14:00 pm. Departure is on Mondays: you will be required to check out until 10:00 am.

Cancellation by participants
for other personal circumstances:
- 1 month before arrival: 100% cost of the reserved package returned minus 25 EURO per person for administrative and insurance cost.
- within 1 month before the arrival: 50% cost of the reserved package returned
- 1 week before the vacation: the full amount is charged unless a last-minute appropriate replacement can be found.
Transportation
Private drive upon arrival and on departure between the airport and the hotel upon request.
Transportation for the program activities is included in the package.
Weekly city card for public transportation is available. Please, let us know if you like one when you book your trip.
