Arrival is foreseen on Wednesdays of each trip ( if there is an exception it is indicated in the program details) and check-in into your room will be possible after 14:00 pm. Departure is on Mondays: you will be required to check out until 10:00 am.
For tango guests who would like to arrive earlier or stay longer and for people who accompany dancers (spouses, children, babysitters …) we have negotiated a more favourable group price. To benefit from the discount price, all reservations must be made via Tango2Vacation only. This includes non-dancers and the extra days too. In exchange for the favourable group price, a small commission will be charged for the organization.

Travel to Hungary is once again unrestricted
The lifting of epidemiological entry restrictions means that from Monday the 7th of March 2022, travellers can enter Hungary without the need for vaccination or immunity certificates, or any kind of test. Simultaneously, the lifting of the special rules of access for certain services and events means that vaccination certificates are no longer required for entry to indoor congresses or conferences, accommodation establishments, spas, sporting or cultural events, music and dance festivals, or outdoor events of any kind.

All hotel reservations have to be made only via Tango2vacation. Do not contact the hotel directly if you wish to benefit from the group prices or participate in the tango activities.
The last day of registration is indicated in the actual program. 100% re-fund – carefree registration
Of course, we cannot predict the development of the COVID19 pandemic and the other associated travel restrictions. Nevertheless, we will offer our courses again in 2022 and are happy to take reservations or bookings.
If a course cannot take place due to “force majeure” (e.g. the COVID19 pandemic, political situation) or if the participants cannot travel due to travel restrictions/travel warnings, we grant free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the course. We will refund your full payment minus 25€ per person for administrative and insurance costs.
If we have to cancel the course due to all the above-mentioned reasons you will, of course, receive your full payment back that was done via us. However, we cannot assume any costs for travels booking.
Cancellation by participants
for other personal circumstances:
- 8 days before arrival: 100% cost of the reserved package returned minus 25 EURO per person for administrative and insurance cost.
- within 8 – 3 days before the arrival: 50% cost of the reserved package returned
- 3 days before the vacation: the full amount is charged unless a last-minute appropriate replacement can be found.
Transportation
Private drive upon arrival and on departure between the airport and the hotel upon request.
Transportation for the program activities is included in the package.
Weekly city card for public transportation (15€ ). Please, let us know if you like one when you book your trip.
