DAY 6. MONDAY (29.09)
Noon – check out from the hotel. The program is over, and I hope you had an amazing time!
Ever felt stuck at a milonga—nervous, self-conscious, or overwhelmed by negative thoughts that just won’t go away? That same emotional spiral can show up in everyday life too, whether it’s in social situations, work, or relationships.
That’s where NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) comes in. It’s a simple, practical set of tools that helps you understand how your mind works—and more importantly, how to shift the way you feel, think, and respond.
During our holiday, you’ll learn easy NLP techniques to help you:
Calm anxiety and boost confidence at milongas
Shift out of negative emotional loops quickly
Feel more in control in any situation—on or off the dance floor
With just a few mindful tools, you can change the way you experience life—from reactive to relaxed, from nervous to empowered.
Hi, I’m Csilla, and I’ll be your host during this beautiful tango holiday! 💛

Alongside dancing, I’ll be guiding you through simple, practical tools to help you better understand and take control of those tricky emotional moments—not just during a milonga, but in everyday life too.
I’ve been dancing tango for 12 years, and believe me, I know how it feels to sit through tandas, overwhelmed by self-doubt or anxiety. I’ve taken that “hellish little journey” more than once—and that’s exactly what led me to look for real, lasting solutions.
That search brought me to NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), where I found powerful answers. I hold a Master’s degree in NLP and have been practising it for the past 8 years—and now, I’m excited to share what I’ve learned with you.
I hope that with these tools, you’ll feel more confident, relaxed, and connected—so you can fully enjoy the amazing dances, the warm company, and every beautiful moment of your tango holiday in Bratislava! 💃✨
Let’s dance and grow together!
