TERMS & CONDITIONS – How to shop with us


You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase within 24 hours after we receive your payment.

After payment receipt, your selected item(s) will be shipped to your destination.

If you need any more specific information, please contact us. All queries and emails will be answered within 48 hours.


We use the PayPal payment gateway for online credit card transactions and bank transfers for VISA and MASTER cards.

PayPal provides a safe and secure means of collection payment via the internet.

Payment is fully automated with an immediate response.

You will receive a confirmation email after you have made your transaction.

We are not responsible for any additional charges or duties that may be implemented at the payment transaction (like PayPal) or the shipment destination.


We are using mail delivery, time is between 5-8 days, varying per destination.

We will inform you of your EMS tracking number so that you can follow the status of your shipment.

We offer free shipping when you spend a minimum of EURO 150.


Items may be returned within 10 days of purchase.

Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured, with signature confirmation.

Returned items must be unused, unaltered and in undamaged condition.

Upon receiving a returned item, the item will be inspected and we will initiate a refund within 7 business days of receipt.

We will not refund any shipping costs.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us and send us a photo within three days of receipt. We will not process claims for goods received as faulty or damaged after this period of time.

To arrange a return, or if the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email us at info@jewellery2tango.com quoting your name, address, details of the product, code of the purchase, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
