Classes
3 times 60 minutes per class. A small group of 14 people maximum to ensure a safe space in the classroom and personal attention to each student during the class by the teachers. The group will be a mix of intermediate and advanced-level dancers with the teaching in English the different aspects and styles of tango. The concept of the classes is described in the actual program package but within that theme, the workshop will focus on technique, as well as on detailed refinements regarding posture, axis & balance, embrace, footwork, adornos, musicality, leading and following. Students will learn new movements, figures and sequences, but the main goal is to create a more harmonious, comfortable and enjoyable dance AND TO HAVE FUN!
The use of masks is by personal choice during the classes. During the classes’ non-alcoholic drinks, coffee, tea and snacks will be available.
Exclusive private lessons are available in case of prior notice for an extra charge.
Singles
For those who are registering single, but prefer to share the accommodation we can try to find someone within the group. However, we do not take responsibility after this match is agreed upon by the two parties.
A dance partner is guaranteed for the workshop classes and for a certain period of the milongas and events.
- Local clothes designers and international shoe brands for the Ladies and for the Gents can be purchased at the dance studio at a very friendly price
A stand of Tangolera tango shoes and local tango clothes designers are present at the welcome milonga. In case you will need smaller adjustments on the purchased clothes the alteration will be done free of charge to have it perfect by the main milonga.
Milongas
Five evening milongas in five different venues with local tangueros. In addition, during summertime, you will be dancing outdoors in the Royal Castle or along the Danube River in the most magical scenery!
Live Dj music
The Dance Studio
A mirrored, air-conditioned room with sound and light technology in the heart of the city. The school also has a perfect wooden dance floor for the classes and for the milongas.
Of course, we follow all hygiene rules of the WHO, the Hungarian Ministry of Health and the regional authorities: thorough cleaning between the classes and free disinfecting available at the entrance.
