Drive along the elegant Andrássy Avenue, the “Champs-Élysées” of Budapest. Continue to Heroes’ Square, representing 1,000 years of Hungarian history. Going through the historical Jewish district admire the neology synagogue. Across the river, explore the more traditional Buda side of the city. Visit the Citadel on top of Gellert Hill and pulsate together with the city from the most iconic viewpoint. Arriving at the Castle District up on the hilltop, enjoy the panoramic view of the city from the Fishermen’s Bastion and Matthias Church (the coronation spot of several Hungarian monarchs). Returning to your hotel driving along the riverbank you can take pictures of the beautiful Hungarian Parliament.

The Hungarian State Opera House- one of the world’s most beautiful concert venues

… opened its doors to the public in 1884 and there can be no doubt that it is beautiful inside and out. The luxuriously decorated building is rightly a masterpiece of Hungarian architecture. The theatre was built in the Neo-Renaissance style with some baroque elements. During its existence, the opera house has seen a large number of famous musicians. Among them were: Gustav Mahler, who was the chief band director for four years, the musical director Otto Klemperer, as well as Béla Bartók, and Giacomo Puccini. In terms of acoustics quality and beauty, it is considered one of the best opera houses in the world, the sound quality of the opera house takes third place after Milan La Scala and the Palais Garnier in Paris.

Sunday – The Paris Courtyard (Párisi udvar) is one of the most beautiful and special constructions in the city centre, offering a stylish dining experience in an elegant setting of an early 19th-century historical building. The restaurant is located in the magnificent passage space of Párisi Udvar Hotel Budapest under the glass domes next to the reception area. The electric glass ceiling overlooking Ferenciek Square is unique probably in the world as well.

Monday – The restaurant is a purveyor of modern cuisine that understands its roots while gazing out from Tokaj upon the world where the wine list offers numerous special selections exclusive to our establishment,… where service means painstaking attention to courtesy in every detail, where an artistically carved gilded wood interior plays an integral part in the concept that will make your evening an unforgettable experience.

 Tuesday – Eat, breathe, relax, and be inspired – join the club! Chic, sexy, cosmopolitan, yet utterly local – They opened on a street market, far away from the tourist crowds in the heart of a quiet Buda neighbourhood in the summer of 1914. It has been the café to hang out and the spot to be seen ever since. Artists, authors, movie stars, designers, ballerinas, the rich and famous shared the space with local crowds over coffee, drinks, food and the decadent magic lingering around its walls ever since. The restaurant is serving simple, comfortable bistro dishes.
